RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To issue a return, please submit a request for return by email to x.factor.hairandbeauty@gmail.com. We will authorize the request and provide you with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
X-Factor Hair and Beauty is not responsible for reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. We reserve the right to deny a refund to products that have been previously used.
Please note, returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. For products purchased from a stockist, please consult their store policies.
